hi I have purchased three clamps to attatch the awning to the bongo is there a product out there that will extend or make the gutter of the van a little larger so these clamps can get a more secure grip. thanks guys. |

when i bought our bongo, it came with a stand alone awning which has plastic tubes to connect/unclip from the car. the tubes are like 2 tubes side by side with a slit cut down the length of each tube, to slip over the gutter,and for the awning to slide on to. this allows the gutter to extend another 5 or 6 inches to accommodate the awning. |
