Hi i have a 96 Bongo, in top gear at around 60 - 75 mph the vehicle starts to judder/jerk very slightly, not too much just a very tiny amount that gets alittle annoying after a while. Could this be a fluid or torque issue ? cheers Pete

After all this, it stopped juddering, hoorah i thought!!
this was short lived, last week the gearbox started slipping in 4th/OD
THen the following day 3rd, which inevitably means its knackered.

Put it into my local garage after a piggy back home, it still dives in 1st and 2nd ok ?? weird

After 3 days n a lot of messing, he said " he's never seen such dirty smelly transmission oil in all his yrs as a mechanic"

IF YOU HAVE NEVER HAD URE GEARBOX OIL CHANGED, MAY I URGE U TO GET IT CHANGED ASAP

Or u could be facing a very very expensive gearbox rebuild as i am. If u would like a more detailed version of events regarding wot the garage found i would be more than happy to oblige.

I just hope this is the last of my issues, as so far its been an expensive buy !!
